- olive oil
- garlic powder
- kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- lemon pepper
- lemon zest
- fresh rosemary
- diced potato
- diced sweet potato
- diced yam
- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- put all veggies in a large ziploc bag or bowl
- drizzle with olive oil
- sprinkle with all other spices and herbs to taste
- spread veggies on a large baking sheet
- cook until veggies reach desired crispness, stirring every 20 minutes (for me it took about an hour)
- enjoy the amazing deliciousness
