poached egg

  1. poach egg, place in small ramekin
  2. reduce following ingredients until thick & tasty:
  • 1/2 & 1/2
  • butter
  • lemon juice
  • lots of paprika
  • champagne vinegar
  • ground sage
  • black pepper
  • fresh oregano (pull out after a minute)
  • honey

3. spoon sauce over egg and top w/fresh chopped parsley
