- tbsp butter
- minced garlic
- diced acorn squash
- sliced okra
- chopped super chili
- hard plums diced fairly small
- brown rice
- get brown rice started in a rice cooker
- heat butter and garlic over medium heat in a wok until it becomes aromatic
- toss chili and okra in wok and cook for a minute
- add in squash and plums and cook until just tender
- serve over brown rice
- yum.
