1. mix oil, garlic, vinegar in bowl
  2. layer tomatoes, spaghetti squash, fresh mozzarella, brush w/ vinegar dressing, top w/ noodles.
  3. repeat till baking dish is full.
  4. top with crumbled mozzarella.
  5. cover w/ foil & bake until done.
  6. broil briefly at end to brown top.
  7. let stand and cool before serving
While the other is baking make topping:
  1. combine herb mix and mushrooms in about equal portions w/ the rest in bowl.
  2. let marinate while layered dish bakes & cools
  3. serve atop the lasagna
